Beverlywood is a small Westside community that is within minutes of Beverly Hills and freeway access. Quiet tree lined streets make this a very desirable neighborhood to live in. There are a few different areas in Beverlywood.
The neighborhood is surrounded by Fox Studios, Hillcrest Country Club, Rancho Park/Cheviot Hills Recreation Center and Griffin Club. There are local stores and restaurants all around the community
Castle Heights Elementary ,Canfield Ave Elementary and Shenandoah Elementary are excellent public schools that draw families to the area.
Part of the neighborhood is within a homeowners association. In recent years there are a lot of homes torn down and larger homes are being built in place. The mix of smaller homes and larger homes is part of the charm.
