Bel Air is a Los Angeles neighborhood nestled into the hills above Sunset across from UCLA. The area was founded in around 1923 when Lorenzo E Bell Sr. purchased and eventually subdivided his property creating many lots and developments. Today there are many home styles including Colonial, Modern, Ranch, Contemporary, Mid Century, Mediterranean, French Country, etc. There are many price ranges from $1,000,000 to $100,000,000.00+.Bel Air is situated in an ideal location close to so many communities in Los Angeles. You can enter Bel Air through many streets. There is a main Bel Air East Gate at Beverly Glen and Sunset known as Old Bel Air, and a Bel Air West Gate at Bellagio and Sunset. Upper Bel Air can be accessed through Mulholland and Roscomare and many side streets.

Lower Bel Air has some of Los Angeles luxurious homes and real estate. There are many architectural homes in Bel Air. Some of Los Angeles most luxurious estates are in Bel Air.
