The Hayden Tract has many hip companies and architectural buildings. Parks and Recreation Center. Also, there are many furniture stores in this area. Try restaurants like Maple Block Barbecue, Simonette, Rustic Kitchen, Fin, Zaytinya, etc. I love that there are so many to choose from.
Additionally, Single family homes vary in style and price. Condos continue to be built. Town homes are scattered throughout. Also, medium price homes, and newer luxury housing is always being built. Furthermore, there is a bike path along the Ballona Creek heading all the way to the beach. Plus, it is close to downtown Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and the beach neighborhoods. Just hop on the freeway.
