Wilshire Corridor condominiums sold October 2019 include 10 sales. During the month,one 1 bedroom, seven 2 bedroom, one 3 bedroom, and one 4 bedroom sold. Some of the buildings with sales include the Liddel, Wilshire, Wilshire Regent, The Westford, the Dorchester,the Wilshire Selby,Wilshire Manning and the Wilshire Comstock.
First, the Wilshire corridor remains one of the best central locations on the West side of Los Angeles. The close proximity to UCLA, Century City, Beverly hills, Brentwood, Bel Air and freeways make it ideal.
Secondly, there are condominiums in so many price ranges available. As a result,there are a lot of great options. A beautiful penthouse in the Wilshire Manning sold this month. Four bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, over 5500 square feet. All for $4,450,000. Gorgeous interiors ,open floor plan, amenities and views. (seen below)
Thirdly, prices vary based on size, location depending on building, location within the building, views, upgrades,age of building, amenities etc. As a result, two bedrooms varied in price between $799,000 to $2,138,000.00. Homeowners dues can vary greatly. Some buildings may include some utilities. Others buildings may not include any.
Furthermore, the one bedroom I am featuring that sold in 10747 Wilshire sold for $499,000.00. Additionally this unit has 900 square feet and two bathrooms. This lower price is a good buy due to the condo needing some upgrades to be top of the market. It is also a building that has fewer amenities so the HOA is a bit lower as the price in the Wilshire Selby than some of the other more luxurious buildings.
Lastly, Wilshire Corridor condominiums sold October 2019 includes another featured condo. 10750 Wilshire, the ,the Westford , 2 bedroom with 1457 square feet sold for $750,000. The condo needed some future upgrades but has great views in a building with many amenities.
