Wilshire Corridor condominiums sold July 2020 include 8 condos. One 1 bedroom, five 2 bedroom, and two 3 bedroom condominiums sold. The one bedroom sold for $1,250,000.00. Interestingly, with 1,043 square feet, the units in the Liddel with new construction are selling for $1,198.47 per square foot. With lending rates low, there continue to be many sales in the area.
Also noteworthy, I sold a 3 bedroom ,4 bath condo in the Westford for $1,750,000.00 this month. The unit needed upgrades but was a large floor open floor plan with spectacular views South towards Century City. Also, a 3 bedroom sold in 10330 Wilshire on the 6th floor with 1573 square feet sold for $1,216,000. This building has very few amenities but does have a security entrance. Thus, this explains part of the large difference in price between the two units.

Furthermore, they ranged in price from $729,000- $1,600,000. This variation in price is due to age of the building, amenities in the buildings, upgrades in the individual units, square footage etc.
