Furthermore, in the Blair House at 10490 Wilshire a 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium with 2776 sq feet sold for $2,225,000.00.Noteworthy, a great small 1 bedroom 2 bath penthouse sold at 10751 Wilshire with 738 square feet for $680,000. It has striking views of Bel Air and Westwood Village and had been updated.
