Westwood Village  is home to Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Ralphs to name a few major stores. First, if you live North of Wilshire next to UCLA there are beautiful residential communities on either side of campus. These are otherwise known as Little Holmby and Westwood Hills. Prices average between two and five million. The public school for this neighborhood is Warner Ave Elementary Additionally, there are many luxury condominiums with full service amenities, or smaller buildings throughout the community. . Westwood stretches from Sepulveda Blvd on the East to Comstock Ave on the West. It is just South of Sunset and borders Pico Blvd. Westwood Blvd runs the length of the community.

Thirdly , if you live South of Santa Monica Blvd the Public school is Westwood Charter Elementary.  Also, the middle school is Emerson .  Similarly, the neighborhood has a combination of residential homes and low rise condominiums and apartments to choose from. Again, there are many different style homes and price ranges. Additionally, it is great having homeowners associations for each of these communities .

Fourthly, if you live South of Olympic stretching to Pico Blvd there are many styles of home and price ranges. Westwood Blvd stretches throughout these neighborhoods and has so many different ethnic restaurants. It is a food lovers paradise!  Additionally, Sprouts, Bristol Farms and Gealson’s are all close by grocery stores. Restaurants include Persian, Italian, Indian, American, French, Middle Eastern, Mexican  etc. varieties.
